Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. You may cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. One-time add-ons (such as website builds) are billed separately.

SMS & Messaging Use

EchoDesk provides SMS and messaging features (including review requests, reminders, and follow-ups) through our platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained proper consent from your own customers before sending them messages through EchoDesk, and for honoring opt-out requests promptly. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), A2P 10DLC registration requirements, and carrier guidelines. EchoDesk is not liable for messaging sent on your behalf without proper consent.

Reputation & Reviews

You agree to use our reputation management tools in compliance with applicable review platform policies (including Google's review policies) and consumer protection laws. You may not use EchoDesk to suppress, remove, or fabricate reviews, or to mislead consumers about your business or competitors.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the EchoDesk platform are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

EchoDesk is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
